I suspect it's a Gecko thing. I think it defines font sizes in pixels not points, which is just incredibly stupid (and makes me wonder why it has a DPI setting at all, if it's going to do that)... anyway, epiphany doesn't have live bookmarks and it doesn't work with adblock, so I can't really switch to it.
