I wasn't much involved in planning this one. I'd recommend you contact one of the developers listed on the Test Day page or the sectool page for more info about it. I think it's fairly new. I know the OpenID doesn't work - I opened a bug report on it a while back but haven't got around to following up and trying to figure out if I can fix it yet.
