It’s Test Day time again! Today, 2014-11-07, is Fedora Server Test Day. We’ll be running a range of tests against the Fedora 21 Server Product, trying to test out all the major features beyond what we already tested in Alpha and Beta release validation.
This is a great way to learn about Server’s major innovations, Rolekit and Cockpit, so if you want to find out about these new features, come along – – if it all goes south, there’ll be experts around to guide you.
For a Test Day like this it’ll work out best if you have a disposable test system to work with, a virtual machine would do the job just fine. The wiki page has full instructions, and Server working group members and QA folks will be around all day in the Test Day IRC channel – #fedora-test-day on Freenode – to help out testers and debug problems. If you don’t know how to use IRC, you can read these instructions, or just use WebIRC.
